Hi @pgaudet realise that the is_a relationship with is_a GO:0003690 double-stranded DNA binding wasn't made.
Looking at literature, this should be the more specific term:
GO:1990837 sequence-specific double-stranded DNA binding
Could you add this relationship, please?
