更新：已解决。
我用的设备较老，文档和新的不通用，debug发现
File "/config/custom_components/midea_ac_lan/midea/devices/fc/message.py", line 121, in init
if len(body) > 38 & body[38] != 0xFF:
这里IndexError，加上Try-Except就能凑合用了。能力有限，进一步修复另请大神了。
