Screen Display not functioning as expected about midea_ac_lan

Screen display toggle still not working here. This is a critical function for us, as if we turn off the display with a remote, the integration turns it right back on. The light from the AC units are not tolerable for our purposes.

I have the same problem please fix it! In my ACs are white and bright the temp screen on the device and It's difficult at night when we sleep. I use the remote only for this and when I use the integration it turns back on!

Just tested v0.3.12 and the new "Screen Display" switch does not work for me, unfortunately. Acts the same as the other non-working switch - flicks back and forth.

I am completely missing the settings for prompt tone and display, but I do have one for aux heat., which is not even relevant to my unit. I don't know what it would do, if anything. Is there a way to customize/override these? I am new to Home Assistant. Thanks.

Also having the same behavior where the Tone can be toggled but the screen/display is not working...
