Consider making a new release about gdal

Will try to do this today. Can we replace the bindgen git dependency with a release?

i just released rust-gdal 0.4.0 and gdal-sys 0.2.0

Ah, sorry, I forgot about that dependency :-(. Maybe I'll make a PR for it (I'm a bit worried about differences in the generated code).

I changed the dependency to bindgen 0.37 since this works for me on ubuntu and with msvc on win10.
What kind of differences are there?

Oh, I didn't notice you already did that.

One difference is that the command-line bindgen, at least seems to no longer generate docstrings.
