Same problem with the Flatland_Dark Theme. It just disappeared today after I restarted vs-code on my Mac. I reinstalled it a couple of times but I just can't get it to work. I also tried to add it manually to the settings.json but it still takes no affect. Would be wonderful if you could bring back our themes :)
