But the solve are on a branch. We can merge this branch to master?

AWS SDK v3 was released, and now you can require just the service you want to use, like aws-sdk-s3 or aws-sdk-sns. We need just the S3 resource now.

When you're processing a zip code, you'll want the numbers to remain a string, to avoid 05017040 losing its leading zero and becoming 5017040.

WE should be using SmartCSV's convert_values_to_numeric: false as default

I installed the data_migrater, but when running the rake db:migration throw this exception.

StandardError: An error has occurred, all later migrations canceled:

Directly inheriting from ActiveRecord::Migration is not supported. Please specify the Rails release the migration was written for:

  class CreateDataMigrations < ActiveRecord::Migration[4.2]

To fix this i need specify the Rails release in the migration.
Do you support the Rails 5 in the future?
