Can't run the test suite about scatterdesktop

Indeed the test suite is far far behind since I generally use an external tester and run through each function of the app which is more than annoying. Time will have to be allocated to bringing the tests up to version.

An argument could be made to prioritize this somewhat to "stabilize" the app from another angle now that a first security audit is complete.

My instinct would be to create a Github Milestone or Label and tag this issue to ensure it gets included in the next major release.

Scatter 10 now has a minimal testing suite.
It will be fully fleshed out soon.
