The normal format of the observation identifier are the EDMO code, then a hypthen "-", then the local CDI id, for example 486-33075202_PCh_Surf.

The obsid in the file Water_body_dissolved_inorganic_nitrogen_(DIN).4Danl.nc look strange (corrupted?). The following command:

The first 9 look corrupted and the other do not seem to have the EDMO code in it.

Could it be an issue with the metadata of the original observations?
