Is this about scroll position?
I found that when click out, it leaves the input field not changing back to the original text which it should go back to the user's input text. I think this is causing the selection not showing properly when you put the focus back to the input field.

No, It's not bout scroll position.
like attached picture-2, when the example page's title is not shown (It is just environment),
type "a", list is shown and I moved autocomplete scroll down, the list is disappear.

I see, you try to grab the scrollbar, right?
I only see this on my mac's Chrome and Safari, but no Firefox.
It looks like a blur event is fired for both Chrome and Safari.

This is still an issue in Win 8.1 latest version of Chrome (43.0.2357.130 m) and IE (11.0). You can easily verify by viewing the examples page and scrolling down a little and trying to move the thumb in the Example 1 list.

@fmccown Thank you for reporting. It's a regression bug. I think when I fixed the other issues related with blur events a few releases back, this one probably came back.
