Identify rebase about git-commit-notifier

I'd love an email, saying that the branch was rebased.

Imagine the following history:

                     A---B---C topic
                    /
               D---E---F---G master

which gets rebased to

                             A'--B'--C' topic
                            /
               D---E---F---G master

Assuming both master and the topic branch were pushed to my centralized repo, I have the following emails in my archives:

[project] D
[project] E
[project/topic] A
[project/topic] B
[project/topic] C
[project] F
[project] G

Now when the new topic ref is force-pushed, I'll get

[project/topic] A'
[project/topic] B'
[project/topic] C'

I'd like to see one extra email to mark the rebase point

[project/topic] rebased 3 commits: E..C
[project/topic] A'
[project/topic] B'
[project/topic] C'

The body of that email is not very important. I imagine it might mention the old ref (C), the old base (E), the new ref (C') and the new base (G).
