Should be captureStdout: true not captureStdout: 'true'.
Or are you saying that the docker demo in yacron itself is not working? Works for me..
Can you post your yacrontab.yaml?

yacrontab.yaml was taken literally from
https://github.com/gjcarneiro/yacron/blob/master/example/docker/yacrontab.yaml
