Problem with newest note priority, midi and installation about p600fw

Hello,

First, you should try november 2 release ( http://sfx.gligli.free.fr/zik/p600/dev/2013-11-02_2/ ), it has bugfixes, eg your first issue is already fixed!

Issue 2:
The intended behavior of this case, eg in unison, would be that the new (high) note will steal the voices from the old (low) one, and when the new one is released, old gets retriggered.
In other assigner modes (low/high), it should emulate legato.

Issue 3:
I think setting different MIDI channels for in and out should fix this.
It's not really a feature, but it makes the code simpler.

Hmm, github issues seems fine for this I think, it would just be better not to mix bugs and features in a single issue.

Suggestion 1:
Well, simple linear porta is relatively cheap in terms of CPU time, other modes would cost a lot more, I'm not sure I have enough CPU time left.
Moreover, I'm short on UI extended parameters, and I prefer to keep it simple (and stupid).

Still, if you can record a long glide of a sine or triangle (down->up and vice-versa), I might be able to build a curve from it and use it instead of the current linear one.

Suggestion 2:
I can easily make "Unison detune" also affect poly mode, that should do the trick I think.

Suggestion 3:
This upgrade doesn't add any type of oscillator noise, It's not doable.
There's digital noise as a LFO waveform tho.

Suggestion 4:
Something like an hybrid between poly and unison?
