If some mods has own game library, like game01.pk4 ..., it usually has a gamex86.dll for Windows or gamex86.so for Linux, the mods maybe not supported.
Now I only compile library of RoE, The lost mission, Classic DOOM and base game in DIII4A++.
And some mods require [dhewm3](https://github.com/dhewm/dhewm3) engine, but DIII4A is base on original DOOM3, so these mods also maybe not supported.
