Allow merging of Silverlight assemblies about il-repack

I can see some code at https://github.com/gluck/il-repack/blob/master/ILRepack/ILRepack.cs#L583 which is trying to parse the platform directory out of the argument, but this will never be allowed to run if the argument is not one of the values in the switch statement above it (v1, v1.1, v2, v4), since an exception will have been thrown.

You're probably right, the platform directory can only be set through API method call, and not through command line switch.
I'll add the support for the directory part of the switch, but I've got no idea if anything else is required for SL assemblies.
