You need to update all the old version to the latest.
One possibility is that with the older version of gluster, the ports starting from 24009 were consumed by bricks, but with the latest gluster changes, this has been changed to the range starting from 49152, based on IANA standards. Probably this could be messing up with your systems.
Mind that GlusterFS 3.8, 3.10, 3.11 are stable. Gluster 3.6.5 is again old.
I would recommend you to update to the latest GlusterFS.

After update GlusterFS, remove director "/var/lib/glusterd", I solved my problem.

However, there only 3.6.5 with emerge in Gentoo.
