Looked like the problem with sqlalchemy db error. There might be a possibility of a invalid transaction. The error I saw in the logs were Can't reconnect until invalid transaction is rolled back and hence the machine was creating in the background on the AWS cloud but further processing, which involves the db query transactions couldn't happen. That's the reason you were not able to see anything on the dashboard. I have fixed it. Can you please check and confirm from your end?

@deepshikhaaa Tried again. I am now able to see newly created VMs on the dashboard. Thanks much for the quick turnaround!
