Doesn't allow badge number zero about apns-php

Looks fixed.
Code with
"$message->setBadge(0);"
works exactly as intended and no number gets shown when notification is 
received.

Fixed where?  The code in trunk still requires a badge to be > 0.

Agreed, it has not been fixed. It looks like the project may have been 
abandoned.
