compilation problem on irix 6.5 about aspell

I get the same problem on solaris.

The problem comes from fileno being defined as a macro in
stdio.h, ie.:
#define fileno(p) ((p)->_file)

This causes the compiler to replace all occurrances of
fileno with this macro.

Unfortunately, fileno is also a function in simple_fstream.

I resolved this error by renaming SimpleFstream::fileno

I guess at least for Solaris a workaround could be achieved
by somehow setting the _POSIX_SOURCE flag but I don't know
how to accomplish that (as I also don't fully understand
the distinction).

version of Aspell due out within a week.

Aspell .33.6 is now out which fixes this problem.
