Unfortunately, Firefox is still working on the protocol, not yet usable, even puppeteer.js doesn't support it well. I tried it months ago, very buggy, not sure about the recent status.

There are a lot of lightweight solutions for IP pool, why not use HTTP proxy directly?

If I were you I will just use tor directly as the transport layer for chrome to handle requests. I don't see any memory issues.
