想法当然是抵制996，不仅抵制，最好和北欧一样，高福利。但是现实没办法嘛，这不是。。。。夸张点你和叙利亚人民谈996，别人说我TM只想活下去。
说到底形势比人强。
对于很多中低层程序员，有份工作已经不错了，而且相比其他工作，it的确是高薪。。。学医的，比如护士天花板8k，没审断和处方权，学的和医生差不多了。。。我见过38岁的工地监测转it，我们都问他为什么转，他说自己何止996，都是没休息的。**不缺人啊，是真的不缺人。。。。
还是有很多公司很不错的，比如阿里 网易 华为。我今年公司亏了很多，但是领导依然发年终奖，还怕发少了。。。所以呢，你需要更多的选择公司，提高自己吧。。。
