Update Vollkorn about fonts

v2.001 is here, and v3.005 is out.

• There is no upstream on github/similar just yet, I've requested this from Friedrich
• line heights were not equal across the family
• OS/2 table: fsType was 0, is now 8, should be 0
• OS/2 table: panose values were lost
• NAME table: platformID="1" items should be removed.
• NAME table: license items were lost, they were:

• NAME table: the naming of the Medium and Semibold styles doesn't follow the naming recommendations to work on Windows

• check the true bold works on MSIE 8, 10, Edge by comparing to fake bold (the true one is very black, per https://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Vollkorn)

Version 4.015 was released a few days ago; see http://vollkorn-typeface.com/#download. This release includes small caps and other enhancements.

After #1011 a while back a new version was released in https://github.com/FAlthausen/Vollkorn-Typeface on 2017-12-22 :)
