I am in the process of writing a new version of this API. I am taking my design cues from the EmailSettings API, which works with the new OAuth2.0 converted tokens. My code is very alpha, but if anyone is interested in helping or looking at it, please let me know. I intend to finish the API.

I have a new implementation that seems to work. I am still making a few changes, but the code can be reviewed and used. How can I upload the files for comments, review and discussion if they should become part of the project?

@mikeporterinmd I'd be very interested in seeing this. My recommendation would be to fork this project, add your code, and then submit it as a pull request.
