i can't be certain this is screen scraping but its NOT using the JSON API Github has. its liable to break if they should change their layout. https://github.com/ralphbean/bugwarrior/blob/develop/bugwarrior/services/githubutils.py here is where its' happening

I know it looks crazy, but this is actually using the JSON api. See this line for the call to the .json method: https://github.com/ralphbean/bugwarrior/blob/develop/bugwarrior/services/githubutils.py#L78

Doing "pagination" of the github API is really weird. That might be what you're seeing.
