I really don't have the bandwidth right now to look into this. However, there is a project out there that has coffeescript/ istanbul integration. I have not used it myself so I really do not know how it works or what the output looks like.

@gotwarlost haven't had time yet to try it. The current completion stats work pretty well, and our coverage is still low enough that the specific uncovered lines aren't important for us yet.
