Thanks for the video! Marketing people don't like me to give dates, but we're working on it now.

Thanks. This should be noted in the known issues. Will do that.

@bsavery Hi there! Just curious if there were a timeline to when we might see volumes in the 2.0 renderer. I'm working on a new series to show my subscribers some of the new features in V3.0 and would like to provide them with an update. The volumes looks especially brilliant on glass textures and I have had a lot of questions about it.

Great- thank you!

Hullo @bsavery , principled volume is also not working, adding a principled volume shader to default cube in Prorender addon 3.0.1 yields an empty cube when rendering. Not sure but could be related to this problem but I'm happy to open a separate issue if that is better?

Thanks :) Ok, so we have to go back to the legacy mode, RPR 1.0, in order to use volumes?

Correct

Done, works :)

Noticed that there are limitations on the texture coordinates and the nodes that generate noise are also limited too. Any plans to support Object mode of the texture coordinate node and voronoi noise ? Also the spherical modes of the gradient tex nodes are not working either.

Was hoping to demo a file I made that uses this. Be awesome to know if this is on your road map, and when it might make its way into RPR 2.0.
