Make grafana pod resources configurable about grafana-operator

Let me add that would be a good opportunity to make configurable other fields like number of replicas as well.

Good that initial replicas can be set, I hadn't realized thanks.
Anyways I raised a bug related to that because log in session is lost when more than 1 replica is created.

You can add a standard kubernetes resource requirement object to the Grafana CR under spec.resources. See: https://github.com/integr8ly/grafana-operator/blob/master/documentation/deploy_grafana.md#deploying-grafana
