Add dashboard playlist about grafana

@torkelo FYI the way Descartes handles this is to allow users to star their favorite dashboards. This list is stored in a session cookie (along with other user prefs). The "chartroulette" view cycles through their favorited dashboards, one every 10s. Perhaps Grafana could do something similar.

yes, in master. Begin by marking a couple of dashboards as favorites (Save icon -> Mark as favorite). Then open the playlist modal with the open dashboard popup (CTRL+F). To the right of New and import buttons. I will document this feature soon. Probably release 1.5 soon, and a make a screencast to demo of the new function editor and other new features.

I added few dashboards in playlist i unable to save it . Do we hav e a feature to save and play it for future.I am using Grafana Admin version
