I was doing it from AWS, us-west-2, should not be the case.

The issue seems to have been transient. It is working now.

The problem is not solved, and continues to form when installing a fresh grafana distribution from the RU network "Sorry, the provided token is not valid"

Interestingly, I've just tried from KZ and the error message is the same "Sorry, the provided token is not valid." Is the Republic of Kazakhstan also blocked for some reason? Why would be that?

IDK, from KZ (AS56568) I've got successful response with gpg key, but from RU (AS51004 and AS29425) I've got "Sorry, the provided token is not valid".
