Add repository to npm about angular-chart

A I see you already published it (https://www.npmjs.org/package/angular-chart). I have to add the dependencies and publish them on npm to make it working.

I supressed it, I just wanted to test.
I'm not a pro publisher and just made the bare minimum to make it work,
also, I forgot to add d3 as dependency (necessary I think as it is
explicitely required)

I prepared the dependencies to publish the project on npm, but don't have access to the package because you uploaded it already. Please add me the projects owners, so i can take care to keep it up to date:

npm owner add maxklenk angular-chart
