It would be nice if we were able to download various official Google apps in a privacy respecting way.

Since these APKs are stripped, it feels like it would be a great addition to provide applications like Gcam, recorder, perhaps even Maps.

GOS doesn't bundle it by default and it provides users a way to get some of those Google apps in a private manner.

Please add an app like GPhotosShim in the Graphene os Apps store, i know currently the Apps store includes only the apps made by Graphene OS team or google apps which are not easy to download. And i am not suggesting to include someone else's app also.

Considering this will be a very small but useful app if graphene os team can create an app like GPhotosShim and include in the app store it will be very helpful for people like me who dont want to sideload apps from unknown/unmaintained github repos and uses google playstore or Apps appstore for installing applications.

I have installed PDF viewer (v15) via "Apps" for 3 times.
After rebooting ,the Pixel 6 pro PDF viewer falls back to version 14, and i can update again to (v15) = Loop

I am getting this error when I run the script generate2.py.

In the Sandboxed Google Play section of the Usage guide the link for com.android.vending does lead to a repository that only contains the English version, i.e. only the split_config.en.apk component for localisation is provided.
I'm currently looking up the matching version of the Google Play Store package on apkmirror and extract the German version split_config.de.apk. However, it would be much more convenient if the APK files for other languages would be available directly from https://apps.grapheneos.org/packages/com.android.vending.

Are these other localisation APKs easily accessible in the extraction process used to obtain the files for https://apps.grapheneos.org/packages/com.android.vending ?

If yes, would it be possible to include them please ?

Yes, I know, this isn't meant to be installed on other OS's, other than Graphene, but I decided to give it a try and install it on LineageOS 19.1 without gapps or microg (my phone isn't pixel unfortunately). I created a seperate profile and install this app to get google services on a separate profile, but e.g. google maps didn't work and I 'm constantly getting the message to install google services. Does anyone know any extra dependencies I need in order to make it work? Thank you!

If this issue is out of the scope of this repo, just close it!
