How do I use the ruby script? about grbl

try installing the gem (library) 'serialport'. I don't know how to do
it on windows, but on any other platform you'd write "gem install
serialport" on the command line. Try that! If that doesn't work (i.e.
library not availible for Windows) have a look at this:

Is there a way to make this work with windows somehow?  file.gcode is a small file that contains simple gcode commands.  I've never used ruby before.

I got it working..... I had to install the development kit to be able to install the serial port. It works now
