Can you try in this order?

yarn checkout:all
yarn
yarn editor
I've just tried with a fresh clone on main branch and it works fine.

My node version was v17.8. Once I changed node version to v14 and rm -rf yarn.lock node_modules && yarn, the local server started successfully.
