this is slightly fixed, dunno why but a lot of the code was running on both sides, being as it's called twice, once on client, once on server(or integrated server if you're playing singleplayer), a simple isRemote check to certain things will help with this, i've already done so on some of the blocks but things like the Crafting altar is not finished yet, so expect some drops from that one.

Can confirm that whatever you are doing is working :). At least mana battery does not forces chunks reloading anymore.

I used ArsMagica2-1.10.2-1.5.0-15 and this bug is still present. My game run client side only because I'm connected to a dedicated server. I fund this bug with bloc "Armor Imbuement Table".
Shift+ F3 display more info :

• if this bloc is not placed on the world :
  • I've 40 fps
  • Profiler graph (pie chart) indicates that "root.gameRenderer.level.terrain_setup.rebuildNear.build near" use 0.00% of total time
• if this bloc is placed on the world :
  • I've 10 fps
  • "root.gameRenderer.level.terrain_setup.rebuildNear.build near" use 56.70% of total time (99.94% of parent task)
