PR #7 now accounts for RHS and CBA cyclable accessories, as well as TFAR instancing.

@McDiod Thanks a lot for the quick fix :)
The only two additional edge cases I can think of are:
- optics with magnifiers (I don't know if they also have the
rhs_optic_baseconfig entry; We should take a look at both CBA accessories and the RHS implementation) - TFAR radios (I think they use a
tf_parentconfig entry to reference the base radio)
from grad-loadout.
