Solution:
-
Updated concurrency to .pa11yci file to try to speed up review by doing pages concurrently. Default and fastest review is two pages at a time.

Updated package.json to exclude urls with pdf at the end or simply exclude pdf from testing. pdfs remain in sitemap for searching on prod site. Added
--sitemap-exclude pdf. Also tried as--sitemap-exclude .pdfand both worked.
