기획의도

이 아이디어를 기획하면서 가장 많이 보았던 것이 오진이다.

암 '오진 확률' 폐암이 가장 많아 - 미주 한국일보’

의료진 분들도 사람이기 때문에 당연 오진이 발생할 수 있는 부분이다.
폐암 같은 경우에는 컴퓨터 단층 촬영으로 먼저 폐암 여부를 파악하는데
컴퓨터 단층 촬영에서 발견하지 못하여서 피해가 발생하는 경우가 많습니다.
이러한 경우를 방지하기 위해서 이 아이디어를 생각하였습니다.

Because the medical staff are also people, it is the part where the misdiagnosis can occur. In the case of lung cancer, a computerized tomography is first used to determine whether lung cancer is present It is often the case that damage is not found in the computed tomography I thought of this idea to prevent this case.

• Q. PET-CT를 사용하면 더더욱 발견할 수 있는 확률이 높지 않은가?

  • -A. 발견할 수 있는 확률이 높다는 것은 사실입니다.
    그러나 PET-CT에 경우엔 연간 피폭한계량 1mSv를 13배가 넘는 13~25mSv 정도 방사선 피폭이 발생하게 됩니다.

• Q. 폐암을 선택한 이유가 무엇인가?

  • A. 시간이 촉박한 경우도 있지만,
    대한민국에선 폐암 오진이 가장 많았습니다.
    이 기획에 목표가 오진을 줄여서 환자에게 돌아가는 피해를 줄이기 위한 프로젝트이므로 오진이 가장 많이 발생하는 부분부터 고치는 것이 맞다고 생각하였습니다.

  • A. It is true that there is a high probability of being discovered.       However, in the case of PET-CT, the annual exposure limit of 1 mSv is 13 to 25 mSv Radiation exposure will occur.

• Q. Why did you choose lung cancer?

  • A. There are times when time is tight,
    In Korea, lung cancer misdiagnosis was the most common.Since this project aims to reduce the damage caused to patients by reducing the number of misdiagnoses, I thought it was right to fix the part where the misdiagnosis occurred the most.
