add compiler_settings to Options like ozz_external_compiler_settings? about ozz-animation

There shouldn't be any incompatibility with options set in compiler_settings.cmake, as it's mostly handling warning levels. If you found any issue, I'd rather fix it than a conditional inclusion.

Could you explain your concern with these settings?

I see. I can maybe add an option for postfix and see if output directory setting can be removed.

Postfix option committed to develop branch.
Output directory are still used for samples, in order to have data (media folder) in the same directory as executables.
