This bug reoccurred in the "current build". Only for "l" though, not for "h".
I don't know why the dev version doesn't work for me. I downloaded it as a zip file and changed the file name + extension. Put it into the folder. Is that the correct procedure?

You need to zip the content of the repo. The zip Github makes available has an extra, nested directory. That will prevent Sublime Text from finding _sublime._Command* classes.
