fileName and lineNumber are a part of the Error spec and exist where possible

When you say that "fileName" and "lineNumber" are part of the Error spec, which spec are you referring to? Do, we really need to be aware of those here; since they would just get passed through on errors that are supplied to us?

Why can't we copy all custom properties from an Error without having to specify them? IMO it should Just Work™
