视频码率需要和媒体服务器搭配，不同的码率切换到不同的地址获取播放资源即可，没必要集成

我通过vr.playPanorama去切换不同码率的时候，虽然可以正常切换过去，但是会抛hls异常 Failed to read the 'buffered' property from 'SourceBuffer'，而且暂停播放功能也没有响应

跟踪了下应该是toolbar.btn.removeEventListener 没有成功，建议改成toolbar.btn.onclick
from mxreality.js.
