Let's see what the other languages have to say:

How about "pattern clause"?

It looks like "pattern clause" works in all places where the PEP currently says "match arm". Ironically the PEP does use "case_block" in the grammar. :-)

Technically "case clause" would be a bit more correct because a match arm includes the guard, if present ("A match arm succeeds if the pattern matches and the guard evaluates to true value.")

I don't have strong preferences here, but "clause" sounds good (both options).
