Obtain actual index of the visible StackPanel about gwt

Also, it would be nice if you could attach listener to StackPanel...

stackPanel.addShowStackListener(new ShowStackListener() {
    public void onShowStack(int index) {
        // do something, like show or hide a widget
    }
});

Currently, I have work a around similar to the example shown.  On showStack(int
index) I fire off any listeners.
