Since hack.chat does not use accounts, user levels (moderator / admin) are based on trip codes. When you load the page and are asked for your nickname, add a # after your nickname, followed by a "password". The trip code is based on this password. You can use any name you want, but as long as you always use the same "password", your trip will be the same.

When setting up the framework, you are asked for the "admin password". To "login" to the admin "account", enter a # mark, followed by this password.

All commands work. However, at the moment, most commands are sent using the developer console. Some commands use a / hook. For instance, you can type /help. This will list all the commands available. Then you can get more info about each command by using /help <cmd>.

Like I said earlier, all commands work by using the developer console. Only some of them work from the "chat input". The ones that work from the "chat input" are displayed in the help documentation.

For instance, sending /help invite will output:

Usage:
API: { cmd: 'invite', nick: '<target nickname>' }

Indicates that the invite command is only available through api usage. It is invoked through the ui, but may also be sent through the developer console as: send({ cmd: 'invite', nick: 'user' });

However, /help changenick will output:

Usage:
API: { cmd: 'changenick', nick: '<new nickname>' }
Text: /nick <new nickname>

Which indicates that you can send the command through the "chat input" using /nick.
