Incorrect city results when using locales about weather

Ok, so number 2 bug doesn't exist, it was just me not reading enough. Bariloche's official name is San Carlos de Bariloche, and the short version is only present for English, French and German, and so it wasn't returning anything with the Spanish locale. Since search is done from the beggining of the name, in case this "short versions" weren't present "Bariloche" wouldn't return anything in English either, and one will have to search for "San Carlos de Bariloche" to get the result.

Bottom line is merging the PR should close this for good :)
