Update the different NCEI submitted datasets from OA is reflected on ERDDAP about hakai-datasets

As of now the 3 OA research datasets available on ERDDDAP cache csv files hosted on the NCEI webpage at the following link respectively:

This should be all running, a new submission was provided to NCEI. We will confirm if the data is made available within our erddap once NCEI makes it available on their server.
