I'm having trouble finding exactly which links you want updated. I assume you are referring to links on http://hamcrest.org.
For the issue tracker, are you suggesting we deprecate the google code tracker and encourage people to use the GitHub one?

Agreed. I was hoping to fix all the google-code issues before officially transitioning (to avoid the confusion of outstanding bugs in two locations) but I realise this is just a dream.
I'll update the link on hamcrest.org and stick a note in the readme.
