Doesn't load new tweets when scrolling about chirp

I've run into this too, but I'm not actually able to reproduce this right now .. do you have a reliable way to reproduce?

This seems to happen after the app has laid dormant in the background for a bit. The polling which normally occurs when the app is first opened must go into some sort of hibernation mode. I'm seeing that a function looks at delta(y) aka the scroll distance from the top to determine filling in tweets below a certain point.

Another way to reproduce:

1. Open Chirp fresh
2. Click on image in tweet
3. Close out of image in tweet.
4. Scroll down and the tweets about 5 down won't load. (The window in this case was 378x675)

nice finds @themorgantown , yeah I've noticed when there is a black scrollbar, scrolling is broken. if it's white, things are working properly. I'll continue investigating and update this thread once I launch a fix

@themorgantown I think I resolved the scrolling issue, there is new download links in the README and on https://jackhanford.com/chirp - Download the newest version and report back if you're able to reproduce the issue again!
