Hey there, I had the same problem, and I solved it by adding this to the plugin's config:

  pagesDir: fs.readdirSync("root").map(name => ({
    dir: `root/${name}/pages`,
    baseRoute: name
  }))
}

You need to make sure to import the fs module.
