QTA-Lib

Should be a custom, in-house implementation of TA-Lib and QuantLib and go a bit beyond them whenever possible. I haven't gotten to point where I want to publish this as a stand alone lib yet, but eventually, this may happen.

For example, this library should aid in fetching and processing fundamental data, technical data, and aid in traditional models as well as ML models.
