Maven RC artifacts about twelvemonkeys

Hi Edu,

I wish 3.0 was released by now, unfortunately it's not.

Two reasons:

• I want to fix a couple of issues in the TIFF module and a bug in the JPEG module before release
• I just haven't had the time

That being said, I don't expect there to be any changes to the ICNS module before the final release.
And the 3.0-RC releases are completely stable (with the mentioned limitations), so there isn't really any reason not using it for that reason. It's not like a SNAPSHOT. But I understand using a final release would feel "safer".

I know the RC is stable enough for use, but we actually have some maven plugins in place that prevent us from using anything that is not a final release, unfortunately.

I'll continue waiting then. Thanks!
